Last Leg Creations is located in Choctaw, Oklahoma and is a woman-owned and veteran-owned small business that creates handmade greeting cards, badge reels, pens, keychains, and more. Last Leg Creations was developed by Sunny and James Tiffin and started out as just a hobby. We both work full-time in the emergency healthcare system and wanted to give everyone a way to express their personalities and interests in a low-key but fun way. Our products are all handcrafted and made right here in Choctaw, Oklahoma.

Our badge reels are created and designed to be interchangeable. The badge “face” is the design you see and can customize on the front of the badge reel. The “face” is attached to the reel using 3M dual lock “velcro” material. This material is plastic as opposed to the traditional “hook and loop” velcro and will last much longer and holds stronger.

In order to satisfy your order, you will need to purchase a badge reel if you haven’t already. We offer two types of badge reels.

-A plastic reel with nylon cord and a swivel alligator clip.

- A heavy duty metal reel with a nylon cord and a fixed belt clip.

Both varieties will be interchangeable with all of our designs and can be purchased with or without a “face”.
